First come, first serve

Schedule a discovery call if you're at least 60% sure this is right for you. Once you're at 100% I'll send you a scheduling and payment link to reserve your spot in line. 

Projects take between 3-6 weeks

This will be driven primarily by your schedule. If you're available and committed to working through a compressed timeline then so am I.

Pricing is fixed and up front

I've never had anyone ask for a refund, nor have I ever had anyone refuse to pay, but I have had purchasing departments delay payment for months. No one needs that kind of stress in their life.

Bring your teammates with you to every call

PLG is a team effort. Please bring up one person from each group: Sales, CS, Marketing, and Product. It's okay if one person represents two or more departments. That's life.

Ongoing support is possible, but expensive

I am available to provide additional implementation services for a weekly rate of $7,500. But there are better, faster, and cheaper options that I'm happy to refer.
